“I am writing this review after using the suitcase for 2 months (over 2 international trips). The service from Luggage Superstore was great. The quality of the suitcase was the complete opposite. One crack appeared after the first flight. After the following trip, another crack appeared and the rubber piece where the logo was, broke off. I have been an avid Samsonite supporter for more than a decade and the suitcases have traditionally latest several years before something breaks. This is certainly not one of those suitcases and I wouldnt buy it if you want to travel with it by plane - poor material that cracks easily. Very disappointed, I hope it’s just this particular model/range as opposed to a deterioration in the quality of Samonsite suitcases in general.”
