“We are happy with the suitcase, except for the security lock. Compared to older models, it is smaller and has a flimsier feel, and the setup instructions are overly simplistic - just a small, very basic drawing with no script to aid the purchaser. If numbers were included in the drawing, they were almost impossible to read without a microscope. As a result, we made a mistake when trying to set up the lock with our own numbers that we are not able to correct. A pity, but we can live with a good old fashioned padlock!”

“Bought this for a two week trip to Japan where I needed a suitcase that would be be easy to carry around on the trains as well as the bullet train. Dimensions are perfect as this is below the over size threshold for the bullet train.
Item was delivered next day which was a pleasant surprise. The case itself is compact but can hold quite a lot. It has a quality feel to it and is well made. The eight wheels make maneuvering very easy. It has survived its first trip very well. Definitely recommend.”
