“Points are knocked off because the zip is very tight and difficult to close, especially on the corners. The zip is sewn very close to the sturdy case material meaning that there is no give around corners. Someone else said this in comments but they also said it was a good case so I tried it. I sent mine back though because if it was annoying on day 1 it was not going to get better.
It's a good quality case though and I would try other sizes or their other models. The material seems strong, the build is sturdy, it's light and the pockets are padded which are useful for laptops etc. Though now I've seen one I'd buy a suitcase with a laptop pocket on the inside as it feels a little too accessible (although it is possible to lock the zip)”
