“What a lovely company to deal with, super quick next day delivery even though it was on a 4/5 day delivey schedual. The website was easy to navigate to find what i was looking for.
The luggage itself is a replacement for a damaged in transit bag and although it's not been packed and used yet seems to meet my needs, with seperate compartments and lays flat open for easy access, it appears sturdy but I'm sure ground crew luggage handlers will put it to the test.
Price seems to be good value compared to others in the same category.
Overall I'm more than happy with both the bag and Luggage Superstore to the extent that I've ordered a cabin bag and my wife is looking to purchase also.”
