“Much more robust than one I tried previously, which stopped working when water got into the box. Heavier, and the previous one jammed too, making it quite difficult to get the key out. I am confident this model will last much longer. I use this model to let carers in and out of my home.Thank you very much.Ann T”

“My daughter just fixed this up for me and we managed to fit it but it took me 20 goes at least to get the key safe to open. I'm aged 84 and getting it for this reason that I'm not as strong as I used to be. I had to do it left-handed because my right arm lifting it up is painful and turning the lever at the top I was just not getting it correct. It will obviously be younger people opening it most of the time, but I just thought I'd point this out that it was not that easy. Just had another 8 goes and it won't open for me. I just don't think I'm strong enough to do it smoothly. It seems to lock halfway.”
