“I bought one of these on a trial basis for my Mum who is 92 and lives in a care home. She absolutely loves it as the two-handled grip makes her feel safe and secure while drinking hot liquids, while the bone china (not too thin) reminds her of home rather than making her feel like she has been institutionalised. So far it has been returned to her a number of times from the care home dishwasher so it must be reasonably resilient as well! I had to personalise it with nail varnish so it gets returned to her - so a personalisation option would be nice! Am now ordering a second.”
