“Although it can depend upon the type of food being eaten, the simple design of the scoop plate can really make a difference and enable more independence which is critical to improving someone's self-esteem. (Not so relevant in our case but the colour red is now believed to be optimum colour for people living with dementia and other eyesight difficulties. ) Thank you.”
