“The "Thermo"mug is no more thermo than a porcelain mug ,it doesn't keep hot drinks hot or warm &this company at first refused to refund my purchase until I pointed out my rights .they said it was used (of course it was) therefore cannot be refunded this mug cost me £14.45 where a china type mug from Tesco is £3.50”

I am sorry you feel this way we have never had any issues with these mugs before I do wonder if you had a faulty one. But we do state if you wish to return something this has to be unused -Please see our T's & C's below After 14 days we can still accept the return of an unused product for a refund less the original delivery costs (which may not have been charged to you) and the cost of returning/re-stocking the item. The maximum period for this to be considered is 28 days. Please make sure you take reasonable care of the item while it is in your possession, and that it is returned to us unused in or with the original packaging. If the original packaging is unavailable, it is the customers responsibility to ensure the product is suitably packed for its safe return.
