“Very effective product once installed. But: 1) The installation instructions are very skimpy and not easy to follow. 2) We had to replace the supplied retaining nuts (plastic) with our own metal ones. 3) Also the supplied retaining bolts were excessively long and again had to be replaced. 4) The arm retaining screws need a power drill to install. So no way is this product 'simple to mount without the need for tools'.”
