“The stool itself is perfect. A great height, feels sturdy and safe and doesn't take up too much room. However, both that I had delivered had indentation marks in the soft seat, clearly from where they have been stacked. The first was exchanged without quibble and I was offered a refund on the second, but needed it desperately, so kept it. The indentations have not come out as suggested, which makes it not cosmetically perfect, but it is doing its job.”
