“This is great quality and speedy delivery. However, for me, who has narrow shoulders and a slight frame, it was too big. Even with the strong adjustable velcro straps I was unable to get it to give my shoulder the support it needed. Otherwise a super quality product from a company who went out their way to ensure I was happy offering a speedy refund. Thank you!”
