“I initially received a misunderstood order so decided to let the team know that the order was wrong. Once I had told them they fixed up my order and replaced it free of charge (given it was a small order) and all was done in a rapid response time. From telling them about the mistake to receiving the new order, it took 2 days. I'm more than happy with the service and standard, and would happily recommend this company to anyone”

“Sadly the package turned up and NO HOLES had been drilled, we had to phone around and ask another company to do it as it was urgent. I asked for a refund and some small allowance re all the hassle of trying to sort this. No response other than a refund for the cost charged to drill the holes. I will also need the schematics to ensure the holes are in the right place still waiting”

I do apologise for the mistake on your order and the inconvenience this has caused. My colleague was in contact with Mairi regarding this issue and offered to rectify the mistake however you had already source a company to help and a refund for the machining was sorted instead.
