“I'm awarding MDhair 5 stars for my customer service experience. Recently, I've been dealing with hair thinning and was in search of a product that could assist me when I discovered MDhair. After completing their survey, I opted for the one-month trial, which included a Customized Hair Care Serum, Customized Hair Care Shampoo, Customized Hair Wellness Supplements, and Marine Collagen. Due to some health issues, my doctor advised me to wait for some tests before taking the supplements, so I've only used the Shampoo and Serum. The support team was incredibly kind and understanding, even offering to let me return the supplements, which I found very considerate. Additionally, I've posed several questions to the team, and they have consistently treated my concerns with utmost importance, which I greatly value. Evan offered me advice on switching my products to better address my concerns, which I found really helpful. The price is reasonable, and the feature I appreciate most about the program is the flexibility to change your order, whether you want to try something different or if something isn't working for you. Regarding the product's effectiveness, I've noticed my hair feels healthier and appears thicker. Although I've only started using it recently, I understand that it takes time to see full results, so I'll evaluate further in a few months. For now, I'm pleased with the experience and would suggest giving the product a try.”

“I have been really impressed by MD Hair products! My hair feels so much stronger and it has definitely shed less.The serum, which I use at night, leaves my hair soft and thicker-looking in the morning and the shampoo also leaves hair soft and silky. Friends have also commented that my hair looks thicker. My hairline is less pronounced and my “thin spots” are less noticeable. It has made me feel a lot more confident and hopeful for the future.”
