“Whenever I have to reach out to customer service I have always found them to be very responsive and helpful. Honestly the best customer service Ive experienced. I lost a bunch of hair from most likely stress according to my doctor and they suggested waiting before using the more intensive treatments and this has been a great alternative. “I've been using the Lash and Brow Grow Kit for over 6 months now to achieve natural and healthy eyelashes. I've noticed that both my top and bottom lashes have grown at least 1.5-2mm longer, experience less fall out, and appear slightly thicker. They also feel healthier and more elastic. There are moments when I'm pleasantly surprised by their growth, although I'm currently content with the results. I intend to keep using it for the foreseeable future.”
