“Love my MD hair Shampoo and syrum. I use it daily and my hair is regrowing- the first 3 months I looked so fuzzy from all the regrowth, but now it’s laying flat and looks amazing! My hair is thicker and longer! Highly recommend!!”

“I ordered some products from MD Hair to treat my thinning crown. I was requested to forward some photos which I did and a treatment regime was quickly recommended and the products were received quickly, being well packaged in a sturdy box. I used the products as instructed but found that I had little result. MD contacted me after a few weeks to ask how treatment was progressing. I advised that the conditioner made my hair too soft and even more thin. I further described my concerns after which a Restore Shampoo was recommended along with Hair Regrowth treatment. I stopped using the conditioner. Since washing my hair twice weekly with the new shampoo and applying the regrowth treatment, I have noticed some improvement. MD contacted me again and asked me to upload some photos to compare against my original starting point. I received an encouraging email shortly afterwards, advising me to continue my routine. I was also asked to send monthly photos so that my condition could be monitored. I feel reassured that a hair specialist is monitoring my hair growth; emails are friendly, informative and reassuring. As a customer I am encouraged to contact MD at any time to seek further advice. I’m hoping that my hair will continue to improve and accept that this may take some time. I receive my order every 2 months as per advice. Thus far, I am very happy with the level of customer service and care.”
