“I received the Restore kit on July 14th and have been using it for about a week now; here are my first impressions of the products. First, of all I received the Restore kit and not the Regrowth kit, this kind of confused me a little bit because I was under the impression the Regrowth kit is what I was getting based off the quiz I took. With that being said, I reached out to customer service and received a timely response from a Registered Nurse explaining why I received the product I did in detail; I appreciated that greatly. I wish there had been a detailed set of instructions included in the box with my products, but again the customer service team and RN answered all my questions in a timely manner. All in all customer service is 5 stars. As for the products, I like the serum and shampoo. They are easy to use and I have noticed less frizz in my hair since I started using the shampoo. It also seems like my hair doesn't fall out as much in the shower when washing it and I'm noticing less hair in my sink and on my hands from styling it. The daily vitamin I have only taken it a few times and can't say much about it. I find it difficult to take since it needs to taken with food and a full glass of water; which I have trouble incorporating it into my daily routine. I do wish it was a gummy and not a capsule though. The Marine Collagin powder, I don't care for at all. I find it makes my beverage taste weird and I just don't like using it. I gave the kit 4 stars for the following reasons: I don't like the collagen mix, the package did not have detailed instructions regarding how use the products and I was sent a product that was different than what my quiz recommended without any explanation on why until I reached out to question it.”

“I only just recently received my treatment last week. To be honest, it's too early for me to tell. However, when the package arrived the shampoo bottle was open and the shampoo had spilled all over the interior of the box. I took a picture and sent it to customer service who promptly responded to me within the hour and mailed out a replacement. So the customer service thus far has been phenomenal. As far as the product, to be continued...”

“So far my hair stop shedding bald spots are starting fill in.it only been a week .so far so good I feel positive I know greater results will happen in next few weeks”
