“The kit contains all the starter elements I needed. The shampoo is very smooth and you only need a small amount to get a good lather. The supplements are easy enough to take and are only once a day. The topical solution is also very simple and once a day application (I apply it in the evening as it needs to stay on for four hours before hair washing or shower) and I am able to have a shower as normal in the morning. Early days in terms of results but I will monitor and update as time goes on.”
