“Pros: this product has a positive impact on hair texture, and I can feel a difference, which is the most important thing My first bottle came leaky and nearly empty, and the customer service was great- they replaced it immediately and I really value that! Cons: it’s sticky. I wouldn’t expect oil to be sticky, but it does wash off your hands… just if it dries anywhere it is difficult to remove”
