“Moved into my boyfriend's house one year ago and over the months developed the worst breakouts I've ever had. My eczema worsened exponentially, my skin was paper thin, my allergies were awful with rashes and itching. I went to the dermatologist multiple times to investigate what was wrong and we couldn't figure it out. After some research online I discovered it was our water that was agitating my skin. We upped our supply of salt to soften the chemicals in the well water and it helped a little, but my skin was still taking a turn for the worse. You could literally smell the iron in the water and it had turned our faucet appliances a deep shade of orange. I found MDHair online and read the reviews and decided to try it, focusing more on my skin health than my hair. Within ONE week my skin was drastically improved. My breakouts went away, my skin was softer, my eczema cleared. It has been the best purchase I've made for the house. Helped my mental health a lot because I wasn't afraid to go out without makeup anymore. My hair has improved but that really wasn't my focus. My skin has gotten so much better and I KNOW it's the filtered shower head that's fixed it for me. Totally recommend if you're having similar issues with your hard water.”
