Replacement reverse lamp assembly, suitable for MGBs and Midgets and commissioned from own tooling to accurately replicate the Lucas L798 lamp design. The lens uniquely features the attractive original chrome strip detailing absent from aftermarket replacements. Lamp supplied complete with foam gasket, pan Philips head screws and seals. Requires Festoon Bulb (GLB273)
Note MGB/Cs and Midgets (up to 1500) used pan head threaded screws PMP214 No 6 UNC X 7/8" to secure both lens and lamp body to the rear of the vehicle via caged nuts. Midget 1500s used self-tapper screw AB606082 and Spring Nut Clip AK606021. If those original caged nuts are now missing or damaged, as is often the case on older vehicles the lamp assembly is typically refitted using self-tappers. These should be purchased under part number AB606082 (Screw No. 6 x 1").
