“I bought 2 sets of front bearings for my MG. The price was right however shipping is a stinger. Then being American I had to pay a tariff. Within 6 months one went bad. Again price was right and the stinger shipping. Over $100. I would think that could be less. Bought parts thru another company and their shipping was $30 from Germany.”

“Service and communication were excellent . Haven’t fitted the parts yet and due to order more . Only small thing, I felt the packaging could be improved . Box could have been cut down in size to match the parts . All items were bunched at one corner of the large box and hitting together . Wishbones could have been wrapped individually in corrugated cardboard . Hope these comments are useful .”

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, Danny, and for the kind words about the ordering process and delivery. We have looked back at the call. Our salesman is very familiar with classic MGs, but the MGF and TF cooling system is a complex one, with a number of hoses that are difficult to identify with certainty from a verbal description alone. His suggestion was that you cross-reference the hose against the one removed from the car, using the images and part information on our website. With this type of part, visual identification is far more reliable than a description over the phone, and it avoids the frustration of the wrong hose arriving. As you confirm, the correct hose was then ordered and delivered in good time. On your return call, our Saturday opening hours are 09:00 to 12:00, which may explain why you were unable to reach us. If it helps in future, you are welcome to email sales@mgocspares.co.uk a photograph of the part and we will help identify it for you.

“Had been struggling to find a genuine OEM quality clutch slave cylinder for my RV8 but Andrew confirmed the MGOC stock was a pukka AP item and not an equivalent TRW or similar lower quality one as offered by other suppliers. I'm pleased to say it was delivered quickly and is exactly as described.”

“I have used MGOC spares since acquiring my BGT in 1999 (exporting it in 2007 with us to Australia) and found them to be 100% behind their customers. On a couple of occasions, when things were not quite as expected, they were corrected with no fuss and without additional cost to me, their customer. Take a bow Andrew! Prices were fair as was the single necessary return which involved a no charge replacement and no freight charge. I have no experience with refunds because none has ever been necessary! Being in Australia delivery has become expensive by postal air mail and local businesses, who import by sea in bulk, can be less costly. But, if a part is needed to keep the car mobile, MGOC is the way to go!”
