Please Note: In many cases Midget 1500 owners find that their petrol tank is in fact an earlier Midget 1275 specification, fitted from 1972 to 1974 so they should be sure to check on fitting replacement tank senders that the float rests at the bottom of the tank floor to ensure the gauge reads correctly. If this is overlooked the gauge will over read.
