“I got the Jade Vitality Shoulder Wrap, when I got the mat. I was going to return them when I first got them, because I had not tried them and didn't see the benefit. Long story short, I finally used the mat and LOVE IT!!! Then I put the shoulder wrap away and never thought about it. My husband has been having the worst shoulder pain, that he is unable to stay sleep. I decided to ask him to try the shoulder wrap to see if it would help. “I have the full mat which I love and use daily. Decided to get the shoulder wrap as it seemed more portable. Does a decent job.....however the configuration is somewhat awkward and does not heat quite the same as the "full", must set heat higher. Overall pleased with purchase”
Thank you for your feedback and your review! We, too, have noticed that the shoulder wrap temperature setting has to be quite a bit higher to produce the same level of heat. This is partially due to the fact that it doesn't have as much contact with the body due to its configuration (as you mentioned!) and partially due to the fact that it has far fewer stones than the full body pad. The combination of heat from many stones overtime is what makes the full body pad heat so intense. Thank you for your feedback - glad that you're finding use for the product.
