“The neck and back wrap was wonderful! The directions were clear and easy to follow. The wrap warms up to the degree you want it to. You have a timer on the control, so even if you fall asleep you’re not going to burn yourself or hurt yourself in anyway. Cords are a little long, (better than too short), & I wish you had a choice as to whether you wanted to plug it in on the right or left side, but those are very minor details. Overall the product is very nice ! We love the fact that it’s all natural and you’re not getting any EMFs. Thank you”
