Thank you very much for your feedback. We do know that the Pointoselect is quite an advanced device, and requires an investment of time and concentration to learn. We have done our very best to thoroughly teach our customers how to use the device in our comprehensive video training. However, we understand that some users still find it difficult to figure out.
If you have already completed the video training and still aren't confident using Pointoselect, we would encourage you to reach out to us directly by email or phone. We'll do everything we can to help. Feedback from other users suggests that if you're willing to put in the time upfront to learn it, the Pointoselect Digital can make a huge difference for your patients. We've noticed that the hardest part is just the initial set up--once you figure out how to set your settings, you can pretty much just point and treat.
