“Door bolts were expensive but arrived damaged and badly marked , they looked pre used as scratched abd scuffed . Was told “ it’s to be expected “ ! Never heard that before . Now returning for refund . Bad quality item”

We apologise for what happened, and we understand that it was frustrating for you to have the Door Bolts arrive damaged and marked.
With the product being made in a cast, each product is unique and cast slightly different. My colleague did offer to replace the items free of charge however a refund was preferred to which we provided.
