“Really frustrating to pay good money to be supplied with handles with screws which are either too short or too long for a 25mm thick door, so I had to go and buy new screws. Further the packaging is ridiculous, each handle is in a plastic packet inside a thick expensive cardboard box, which was inside another thick expensive cardboard box, which was inside a further cardboard box! Yes that's right three layers of cardboard and then a plastic package, utter waste.”

Thank you for your product review, we appreciate the feedback.
The standard screws that are supplied with these handles are m4 bolts 25mm in length. We do also provide larger bolts which are designed to be cut down to the size required. I can only apologise if you had to purchase more screws. If you do have any queries with future orders, please give us a call and we would be happy to help where possible.
Regarding the packaging, these are expensive goods and we do not want the goods damaged in transit. I am sorry that you feel the packaging was excessive but we try to deliver the handles to our customers without blemishes. We do re use all the boxes we receive to try to minimise our wastage.
