Following on from our telephone conversation, I believe the issues came with the brand of the product and not the product itself. The brand supplied was Delta, which is a section of Zoo Hardware. The product supplied was the Zoo Hardware Project Tubular Latch however, this did contain Delta branding.
We did offer to return and replace the product if this wasn’t suitable.
