“1 xylimelt in my mouth overnight is the only way I get a good night's sleep! If I run out I'm awake several times a night with an extremely dry mouth, tongue sticks to the roof ☹️ During the day I use Biotene gel. I get all my products from the mouth ulcers website, happy with the service.”

“I’ve found xylimelts excellent for keeping my mouth moist as I used to find during the night that I would wake up with an extremely dry mouth. Now in the morning, my mouth feels fresh and teeth no longer coated but nice and clean. The xylimelts stay in place as they have a sticky base. I put one in at bedtime and another occasionally if I wake at 4am and the first one has dissolved. I would highly recommend them.”

“Certainly helps at night, which is when I use XykuMelts. But I don’t find that it lasts till morning, which is a pity. I guess I could use a second tablet during the night though!”
