“I've used Gut Repair on and off over the last few years and it always helps me get back on track with regularity, etc. It's very pleasant to drink, with a fruity flavour which isn't overly sweet. My only complaint, if it could even be called that, is that I can't seem to get it to completely dissolve it in water, no matter how much I stir it. But that's a pretty small issue...overall I find it very helpful for my digestion and I have observed no side effects.”

The Gut Repair will have some "residue" as it contains fibre, this will not dissolve when mixing, just ensure you are drinking the last bit left with a top up of water.
