Can’t do without gut repair have IBS
1 Helpful Report
I've only been taking gut repair for 3 weeks and I'm still building up to the full dose, but so far I've seen a few changes. I have less cramping. I used to get crazy "lighting" cramps after eating. I have ibs d and that has settled/solidified a bit. Apologies for TMI! My stomach also feels less tender (always sore to touch). Definitely an improvement and I'll be ordering more.

It seems to be working. Gut has improved. I don't like the taste and it is difficult to dissolve and get it all out of the glass.

Hello Gwendoline, we thank you for your honest feedback. The best way to mix the Gut Repair is to add it to water, don't add the Gut Repair into your cup and then water into it as it will stick to the bottom. Also with the last drink of water it is best to swirl the water and Gut Repair to dislodge any remaining contents. Some customers find that adding a dash of apple cider vinegar improves the taste for them, some add it to lemon water, others add it to juice. I hope this information is helpful. Should you require my support please feel free to email me at info@mybrainco.com. ~ The myBrainCo. Team.
I have had two major abdominal surgeries and have been looking for something to help my gut repair itself. I have been on gut repair for a month now and I noticed changes in about week two. The top of my stomach has gone down. It's not as sensitive to touch. Less gas. No brain fog. I honestly think it's healing my stomach slowly and getting better each day.
