“The radiant/cozy coop heater is great. However, the packaging for shipment was totally inadequate. You shipped it as though it was being walked out of the store in its original box. You need to ship this item with better protective packaging. I bought this as a gift to my neighbor and her hens. The heater works, but the frame of the heater is chipped. Please consider better packaging. The heater is great...it just got unnecessary damage in transit.”

“I loved the idea of this heater. The chicks and my pullets quickly figured out where to go if chilled. While it worked it was what I had hoped. Unfortunately the heating elements stopped working. It was not used but for a few weeks with chicks, then again a few days for an injured rooster and recently moved to the coop with hopes of keeping a few Silkies warm in the cold winter. It has stopped heating. Warranty is only 6 months ...it has been 9. Extremely disappointing.”
