“Very easy to put together, very sturdy and roomy. Easy to clean and get to all areas of the coop. We have 1 rooster and 1 hen, they took to house quickly. Just bought 8 chicks and once big enough to put outside, they learned how to go to bed by themselves the second day. They love it too! We set it up a little on a small table so it‚Äôs off the ground and built a small run around it. We may purchase the automatic door. My only complaint is I wish the bottom around the house were solid or a little more sturdy. It bends a little on the table, but not a huge problem. I would purchase another one and may need to if we get more hens. Great product for the money for sure. Compared to the cheap wooden ones that fall apart in a year, this one should last a long time.”
“Our chickens love their new coop, especially the perches. They not only have nesting boxes but they have perches at different heights to roost on. My husband and I loved how easy this coop was to put together. It took us less than an hour to assemble. Since we live in Montana the durability and insulation was what stood out to us. We're glad we made the investment this year.”
“There is no way you‚Äôre going to be able to put eight chickens in this little house. Three maybe. It is much smaller than it appears to be in the advertisement. It was easy to put together but the purchase fall off constantly. I had to glue them down which of course defeats the purpose of making things easier to clean”
“I bought the small coop last year when I first got my 4 hens. I got a screaming deal on it at a brick and mortar store, so it was really hard to pay full price for the big one when chicken math occurred. However, I love having plastic trays to hose off instead of trying to clean wood. The convenience is worth it. I kept my small coop in case I need to isolate anyone in the future.”
“I was highly satisfied it was easy to put together and seems very sturdy. My chickens love it it‚Äôs simple to clean also love the easy access to the hen boxes.”
“Let me tell you, I am a petite woman and work full-time, and do not have time to mess around with big projects. I ordered this coop for the convenience and it has delivered. I put it together myself in about a half hour. I did need to borrow a rubber mallet from a neighbor in order to smack a couple spots into place, but that was the only tool needed.
I'm getting six chicks in October and am interested to see how well they all fit in the space. It's definitely sturdy and secure and the ventilation looks great.”
“Super easy to put together and quality looks like it will last a long time! I am very excited about the ease of cleaning it. Its more than i wanted to spend on a duck house but would recommend to anyone that is willing to spend $$. It is very light weight which has its pros and cons. The wind took it during the first storm and it fell apart and blew into the pond HOWEVER all pieces floated and it was easy to retrieve and put back together. I was just glad no ducks were inside of it.”
