Easy to out together and looks great inside my larger covered walk in coop.

We have 7 chickens, and they really like their coop. It was easy to put together, although we had to make a slight adjustment to the wooden perches to get them to stay up (at first they fit just fine, but after a week or so of use, they started getting loose and slipping out. Easily corrected by making the perches more snug.) At first all 7 pullets slept in the same nesting box for about a month (it was pretty cute) but now they are using the perches and they all seem comfortable. I'd agree that 7-8 chickens is a comfortable amount for the coop if they have a good run or aren't in there too long. The coop has held up to pretty heavy rain and cold temperatures without any damage, and I think it will last a long time. It may cost more than the wooden coops, but you also won't have to replace it every few years.

First time raising chickens kids talked me into it haha. Now it’s me who is obsessed with caring for them. Anyway this coop exceeded my expectations. I was hesitant on this due to price but it went together easy (my 8 and 6 year old built it under my supervision), it is solid, and super easy to change bedding and keep clean. I raised it two feet as in the directions and built ladder. I constructed a 12’ by 10’ completely closed in run that this coop sits inside of. I installed the Hendrix auto door opener, got the large food and water holders here and boom.... the whole setup is virtually self running. Put the five chicks in at 5 weeks old and they were confused as anything. Wife and I herded them into the coop first night once darkness came and that was it. They run into the house half hour before dark every night on their own before the door auto closes. So I think they love this coop too.

sturdy construction but has some design flaws. I found the cleaning trays hard to remove, the nest box covers don't stay up when you open them. There is really not room or a place for a heat lamp without roasting the chickens. I also think 2 nesting boxes would have been enough and increasing more open space would be better. I love that it doesn't take any maintenance but you really pay for it.

It snapped together easily. The instructions are good. The coop is solid. I'd buy it again and recommend it to my friends.

We got this coop after doing some research. It was very easy to assemble, took my son and I about 30 minutes. Plenty of room for me as I only have 3 chickens. Quality is fantastic and clean up is a breeze. The chickens love it as they spend more time in it than out free ranging. Then there is mypetchicken. The order was shipped promptly and arrived in one box. Very good deal for the 700 bucks you will spend. The other type of coops made from wood are hard to clean and end up harboring bacteria. This one can be pressure washed and its ready to go. We love it and so do our chickens. 5 stars for you guys.
