Absolutely precious! Thank you for the update about how your Mille Fleur and other chicks are doing. It sounds like they've made a great new friend, even if he's several times bigger than they are. We are so fortunate to have caring customers like you who give them a great home. Thank you for choosing My Pet Chicken!

We were truly sorry to hear about your experience—losing chicks is heartbreaking. At My Pet Chicken, we prioritize the safety of shipped chicks by carefully considering weather, chick numbers, and the best methods to protect their health. While we're glad we could provide a refund, we understand it doesn't replace the rare chicks you were expecting. We're constantly working to improve our shipping processes for the safe arrival of all our feathered friends. Your feedback is important, and we'll use it to refine our services. If you have any further concerns, please reach out to us.

Could she be any cuter? We don't think so! We are so glad to hear your Mille Fleur d'Uccle has made such an impression. They really are known for their sweet personalities packed into such a small and beautiful bird. It sounds like she has already claimed a special place in your heart and your flock. We would love a photo when she comes into her full glory after the first adult molt!

Estelle is as cute as a button. Love how she runs around with those little flipper feathered feet. She is also one of the few hens that loves to go on the swing in the chicken yard. She event pushes her body to gain speed. Too cute.

Little Frog (because as a chick she hopped around and looked like a little frog!) is one of my all-time favorite chickens. She's so adorable and sweet! She doesn't mind being held, and always comes running to me. When I hand out treats, she waits until the other hens are busy with their treats, and then comes up to get hers. She does tend to get picked on by the other hens (she's the only bantam I have). She's learned to fly up to the top of the cabinet I keep in the run to store the treats in, because she knows I'll feed her treats there where the other hens don't fly up to. She's definitely the best flyer of all my hens, maybe because she's so light. Little Frog lays a tiny cream egg nearly every day that she's not broody. Her eggs are perfect for bite-sized deviled eggs or for when you need half an egg for a recipe you're cutting in half. They'd make adorable hard boiled eggs for kids! I don't supplement light during the winter, so all my hens take the winter off. Little Frog does tend to go broody a lot, but that's ok because I don't sell her eggs, so I don't need a lot of them. I'd love to attach some pictures of her, but I can't figure out how to do that. She's simply the best!

Thank you so much for sharing Little Frog’s story with us—she sounds like such a special little hen! From her adorable name (we love the backstory!) to her clever treat strategy and sweet personality, it’s clear she’s got a big place in your heart. It’s always so touching to hear how unique and loved these tiny girls can be—bantams really do have a way of hopping right into our lives and staying there! Her little cream eggs sound absolutely delightful—bite-sized deviled eggs and hard-boiled treats for kids? So cute! And we love that she’s found her safe spot up on the cabinet, too—clever girl. If you’d like to share photos, feel free to send them to us at flockcare@mypetchicken.com. We’d be thrilled to see her and maybe even feature her! Thanks again for sharing her with us—Little Frog truly sounds like one of a kind.
