“Well packaged but it really wasn't what I was expecting. It is difficult to shop online, without seeing the item in person, but it just wasn't what I was looking for. Customer service was great to work with and the light has been returned. I would still buy from nest.co.uk in the future, but if I am unsure of someting I will call the shop. They are very helpful and know their products, it isn't just a call centre.”
