“What a lovely coat. Perfect for autumn into winter wearing then into spring. Great quality and good sizing. I’m a 12 and I ordered a 12 which fits with a thick jumper underneath. Nice deep red colour with check inside. Lots of useful pockets inside. Looks and feels like it’s going to be fully waterproof but yet to wear in wet weather. Definitely recommend.”

I haven’t tested it in rain for any length of time but in a very heavy shower it certainly seemed to be as waterproof as it says it is.
The sizing seems fairly standard - I’m a size 14 top and 16-18 hips, so I bought an 18 to give enough room for a thick jumper, and it’s just right on the hips. That does mean it’s too long on the sleeves though, because the shoulders are wider than I need. But the sleeves do fold up and the lining that shows is quite attractive, so I don’t mind this.
The lining is a great contrast to the coat and for what was only ever meant as a functional coat, I actually really like the look of it.”
