“Extremely good quality coat, lovely attention to detail and a good amount of pockets, 2 inside and 2 outside with hand warmers underneath each pocket. The sleeves have press studs so you can fold them back which also shows off the lovely check lining and cord cuffs. I went for the size 8, but the 10 would be a slightly roomier fit for thick jumpers. Very versatile, perfect for inbetween seasons and also Winter if you layer up. Wouldn't hesitate to buy Lighthouse clothing again.”
“Please contact me about the exchange process. I ordered two jackets, both look to be good quality, but they were too bulky in the shoulders so I tried to exchange for one size smaller. Items came with clear instructions and return label, so I was hopeful. Just got an email today with refund for one jacket minus £5 even though items in smaller size are available on website and it said no shipping fee charged for exchange (and only £3 if not). I tried to phone but got recording that inbox was full.”
