IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Embroideries will be done by Kasukura directly, in their factory in Japan. NISHOHI will not use any other third-party company for this service.
Standard embroidery will take a few days to be completed but blind stitch embroidery can take up to 3 weeks. If you add embroidery to your order, we will delay the shipping of your entire order until the embroidered belt is delivered to us.
Embroidered belts cannot be returned or refunded, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
