“Your service is excellent but I will not use your service anymore because of the customs. I ordered for 100 EUR + 20 EUR shipping costs + 50 EUR german customs = 170 EUR for a 100 EUR merchandise value. Like I said it is not your fault but in the end I pay way more than I should.”
