“The quality of packing could have been better despite there was no damage to the items. It did not show the required attention exercised in preparing the shipment. The delivery was disappointing. It's as slow as sea freight and the box came dented and had not been left in the mail room as instructed. DHL has done worse than Australia Post which itself is never a premium courier.”

“The only reason for the 3 stars vs the 5 is that we are still waiting for the clubs from our order. It would have been nice to receive some kind of correspondence as to why we were waiting so long. BUT when I did contact customer service, the team responded very quickly to my inquiry, and they got the rest of our order sent out upon request. Hoping the clubs will arrive and be sent soon. Great service otherwise! Thank you!!”

“I’m really unsatisfied with this purchase. First, the shipping cost is absurdly high—it alone costs 60 Canadian dollars. To make it worse, I was charged additional 30 dollars customs duties after the package arrived. As for the products, I bought three balls, but one of them is problematic. It feels scratchy to the touch, lacks sufficient elasticity and air, and even sheds small gold flecks. Overall, this shopping experience is far from satisfactory, and I can’t recommend it.”

“1I was informed the that blade I ordered was 88 grams but,the one I received was 2-3grams lighter 85-86grams.Lovely blade but would have preferred one a bit heavier”

“I'm a little dissatisfied with NISHOI's rubbers. In "Songe Thickness," you go from "1.0mm" all the way to "Thin." Go check it out yourself. You go from 1.0mm, 1/3mm, 1.5mm, 1.8mm, 2.0mm, MAX, Medium, Medium Thick, Super Thick, Super Thin, Thick, Thin. What the difference between MAX and Super Thick? How thick is MAX? How thick is Super Thick? Not very satisfactory.”

Dear Melvin, thank you very much for your feedback. I understand that it may be confusing but we follow each brand's thickness naming. Some give the exact thickness such as "1.5mm", others give a range such as "1.3~1.5mm", others also just give an indication such as "thick" and "super thick". This is the reason why unfortunately we are not able to have the same thickness classification for all brands. All the best, Taku

“We are happy with the items we ordered and received in a timely manner, however the packaging of the items were very poor, the stick holder was showing of the packaging, it was dirty and particularly ruined during delivery although the change for shipping and handling is 19$.”
