“Sudden changes to time of delivery makes the DHL-service unpredictable. Not worth paying extra for DHL express.”

“1I was informed the that blade I ordered was 88 grams but,the one I received was 2-3grams lighter 85-86grams.Lovely blade but would have preferred one a bit heavier”

“I'm a little dissatisfied with NISHOI's rubbers. In "Songe Thickness," you go from "1.0mm" all the way to "Thin." Go check it out yourself. You go from 1.0mm, 1/3mm, 1.5mm, 1.8mm, 2.0mm, MAX, Medium, Medium Thick, Super Thick, Super Thin, Thick, Thin. What the difference between MAX and Super Thick? How thick is MAX? How thick is Super Thick? Not very satisfactory.”

Dear Melvin, thank you very much for your feedback. I understand that it may be confusing but we follow each brand's thickness naming. Some give the exact thickness such as "1.5mm", others give a range such as "1.3~1.5mm", others also just give an indication such as "thick" and "super thick". This is the reason why unfortunately we are not able to have the same thickness classification for all brands. All the best, Taku

“We are happy with the items we ordered and received in a timely manner, however the packaging of the items were very poor, the stick holder was showing of the packaging, it was dirty and particularly ruined during delivery although the change for shipping and handling is 19$.”
