“Hice mi pedido online en esta web porque el coste de los productos era muy razonable pero, tuve que pagar costes en la aduana, y me salieron por más del doble que si los hubiera comprado en mi país. En la web en ningún caso comentan que pueda pasar eso. En otras ocasiones he comprado en otras webs internacionales, y nunca me ha pasado.”

It is clearly mentioned on all product pages, as well as in all the order/shipping confirmation emails, that any VAT or import-related taxes are to be paid separately, and are not included in our prices.
