I'm 6 ft 1 in (184 CM) and 170 lbs (77-79 kg) man. Ordered size 4.5Y in pants and jacket. I would get a 4.5Y in pants like I did but go down to a 4Y in the jacket. Even after extensive shrinking with dryer and washer on hot it doesn't shrink much. If it was one of the japan made models with more sizes, bit not including custom (like 4YYF et al) 4YF or 4Y for the jacket and 4YF for the pants
