“I feel that taking the chance to try this product was a excellent decision on my part. It totally addresses my bloating, gut discomfort, excess gas, inactive bowels and I now have an overall general feeling of a peaceful gut. I have tried many supposed remedies including a dietician and this product gives me the only relief that I have experienced in years. I add some yoghurt and blueberries and every day I'm experiencing a peaceful, normal gut. I've tried the juices as well and they are excellent too, but I'm happy to continue with my breakfast shakes”

“This is my favorite flavour and I've been using it for some time now. Initially as a shake, but now I sprinkle it on g/f cereal, use it in baking and pancake making, chia puddings etc. etc. Since taking it I seldom suffer from dihorrea and it keeps me comfortable. I also don't stray too far off the low FODMAP diet. Thanks Mary and Jo.”

“It's disappointing to find that one serving of this meal replacement drink does not satisfy my hunger for long at all. After having it for lunch, in accordance with the quantity of ingredients specified, I was hungry by about mid-afternoon and needed to have a quite substantial snack. I cannot see myself losing any weight if this pattern continued. Also I used milk to make the drink hoping this would make the shake more substantial to hold off the hunger.”
