“It’s not just if you suffer IBS! Superflora has been highly effective for me and a game changer .. after bowel cancer surgery and treatment I am cancer free(yah) but suffer side effects (boo). This powder is the first product that keeps my gut calm (er) - a breakfast shake of zymil , yogurt and vanilla tastes great, sustains me till lunch and lives up to the brochure! Mary and Jo also have great customer service and a little note that is cheery! Thanks”

“These have helped my fibre I take heaps. But also so handy to have on hand when I’m busy or travelling. I personally mix the vanilla and choc together as I prefer this. Can be a tad gritty but great blended and drank straight away.”

Yes, there is some texture in the shakes...that's the ground chia and flax seeds which add low FODMAP fibre to the shakes.It's a bit of a trade-off! That's a good tip to blend it...you may find that adding 1/3 frozen banana also helps with creaminess. Stay well, Mary & Jo x

“Superflora works for me! It's perfect for my sensitive belly which is picky of what it wants (Low FODMAP). It's also the first time I am trying a meal replacement drink and it fills me up until the next meal. On top of that, all the flavours are delicious. I never had any problem with order and delivery, even though it needs to come from WA (I am in Sydney), and I love the hand-written notes of encouragement every time I get a delivery, I can see that Mary and Jo really care.”
