Dear Jacek.
I am sorry to hear your concerns regarding the Scarf purchased from us.
With every new cashmere garment, you should expect a small amount of ‘pilling’ to occur within the first few wears, this is due to the friction of everyday wear against the loose fibres on the knitwear’s surface.
Please be assured pilling is a natural process that delicate fibres like cashmere and wool go through and can vary garment to garment, due to many different factors, and is not an indicator of the quality of your knitwear. This is part of the unique character of cashmere.
We would suggest combing the garment to remove any excess pilling before washing, this will remove any loose fibres that lead to pilling or any pilling that may have already formed on your garment.
If you would like to get in touch we can certainly help with providing you with a cashmere comb and assist with any further questions you may have.
Many thanks
Ben
