“I bought this because I spilt a cup of black coffee down the front of a lavender coloured cashmere cardigan. Soaking and washing immediately reduced the stain but it was still present. I soaked and followed the instructions and within 30 minutes the stain had gone. Wonderful stuff!”

“I don't know what the stain was but it was very persistent and, to my surprise and displeasure, when I applied the stain remover to the damp cloth it actually made the stain spread. I left it on - damp - for around 2 days and the stain diminished but at the last moment some colour spread from the sweater itself (it is a navy and white stripe). Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry to hear you have experienced issues using the stain remover.
The stain remover contains natural bleaching agents, therefore we would only suggest ever leaving the solution on for approximately 20 minutes as longer than this could damage the garment and cause the 2 colours to run into eachother.
