“Using NuLids with Zocular gel has helped keep my eyelash area clean and I feel it massages the oil ducts. As for the tips, they fall out of the machine frequently. I called customer support and they recommended that I cut the end off until the metal is exposed. The tip is held into the machine by magnets.
