“Love the look and it is very steady with my heavy laptop (Thinkpad). I can even type carefully and it doesn't shake the camera too much. But I prefer to use a separate keyboard and mouse. The only downside is that it takes a lot of strength to open and close. And I have to do this every morning because I need to stow everything away.”

“I really like the stand. I would have appreciated just one slip of paper explaining how it works. Where the unit flexes is quite stiff. I understand why, but I wondered at first if there was some kind of tension button I was supposed to adjust. I wondered if just pulling it up and pushing it down might damage it. No way of knowing. It took 2 days to figure out how to extend the unit higher. I got a bag with two small round paper pads and an allen wrench. I figure the allen wrench is if I need to tighten the top platform(I see it fits the 8 screws, but not the two on the stand). I figure the pads are extra. Why should I have to guess?”
