“I sent in 2 test and they were rejected by the lab because it broke on its way. They provide you with packaging so they clearly have not figured the packaging properly. The 3 test I sent over a month and it has disappeared from the face of the earth. 3 Strikes for me on trying this product. My wife has had the same thing happen to her. I would not recommend using this service they clearly need to figure out on how to the sample to the lab without getting damaged. Frustrated!!!”
